The CMS system includes burr hole plates for the skull cap and pre-shaped plates for LeFort I osteotomies and fractures as well as mesh plates only 0.1 mm thick. The heads of the screws have an inside square and fit securely on the screwdriver blade. Standard plates, a range of anatomically pre-shaped plates is available to facilitate adaption. Micro- and mini mesh plates are also available in various sizes and thicknesses from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. The micro- and mini screws can also be supplied with slit heads and an inner square, depending on individual requirements. The square head screws fit securely to the screwdriver blade.
