The CRW™ stereotactic system enables the widest choice of targets, entry points, and path approaches. Its target-centered arc principle means that all arc paths pass to the target. With the CRW™ system, all approaches are easily achieved, including transsphenoidal, full lateral, posterior fossa and standard approaches. Because the head ring is separate from the arc, the CRW™ system offers a major advantage in sterile draping. The placement of the sterile arc on the head ring in the operating room allows continued sterility and exposure of the AP and LAT scales.
