| The Foundation® Knee CR system was designed to replicate normal knee kinematics. The patello- femoral joint has a recessed, deepened and extended patella groove to minimize advancement of the patella, which has been shown to increase flexion postoperatively. The anatomic groove promotes more normal kinematics and increases resistance to patella dislocation. | |
