MJS™ Anatomic Knee System
General Information
VendorEncore Medical Corporation
ItemMJS™ Anatomic Knee System
Features6 sizes with AP sizing directly correlated with DL width to cover the full spectrum of femoral anatomy. Deep PCL notch for optimal ligament clearance. Modular tibial inserts secured using a four point containment system. Tri-flange cruciate keel enhances cemented fixation which in turn increases stability and precludes component lift off or micromotion. Smooth flanges on blasted keel assist to avoid stress shielding. Cruciate keel replicates the natural tibial bearing surface while still maintaining a central location in the ML plane and offset in the AP plane. Optimal stem position to reduce incidence of stem contact with posterior and lateral cortex walls and conserve bone stock for future potential revision surgeries. Allows at least use of one size up and one size down with any size femoral component without compromising the centerline of the condyles. Manufactured from CoCrMo per AS™ F-.
