| Ad-Tech’s Model CMU Cortical Mapping Unit offers you a convenient and easy-to-use means of recording EEGs from exposed cortex during surgery. To maximize the field of view, each electrode plate can be positioned independently over the site. In addition, the cranial clamp provides two alternative mounting locations and each sterile, disposable electrode has its own spherical mount to assist you in placing it on the brain. If necessary, you can also bend each electrode to reach a specific location. Importantly, only Ad-Tech’s CMU has two built-in TECH-ATTACH® connector blocks which allow you to easily use your favorite Ad-Tech/Wyler® brand strip or grid electrode. Each CMU comes complete with everything you need, including a grounding cable as well as a sterilization tray. Features independently positionable mounting plates; built-in adapter for Ad-Tech’s four contact strip electrodes; attached, shielded three meter cable. Each CMU includes: one frame assembly, one cranial clamp, one mounting post, one ground wire, sixteen sterile, disposable stainless steel, ball-tip electrode rods on flexible spring shafts, sixteen sterile, disposable spheres and one sterilization tray. All reusable components are non-sterile; sterilize via EtO (EO).
