| Ad-Tech’s Cueva Cranial Nerve Electrodes provide direct cranial nerve monitoring during skull base surgeries. Their patented circumferential design provides sensitive contact on the nerve, and yields high-quality, stable real-time recordings. This unique approach provides you with valuable information during the removal of acoustic neuromas, microvascular decompressions, vestibular nerve sections and posterior cranial fossa surgeries. Each cranial nerve electrode kit includes: one 2.0 mm or 3.0 mm cranial nerve electrode with a platinum contact, one 25 cm long applicator wand & one 6 foot (1.8 m) lead wire terminating in a 1.5 mm safety socket. Each middle fossa electrode kit includes: one electrode with a 2.35 mm diameter platinum contact (the black mark indicates the non-recording side) and one 6 foot (1.8 m) lead wire terminating in a 1.5 mm safety socket. All lead wires are 6 feet (1.8 m) long. All lead wires interface with standard EEG/EP amplifiers using 1.5 mm safety sockets. Contact your Ad-Tech representative for alternative termination options.
