| The Medtronic InSync II Marquis incorporates the latest advances in CRT and ICD therapy. Cardiac resynchronization benefits include separately programmable ventricular outputs to adapt pacing outputs to unique patient needs. Also included are new atrial monitoring functions that help physicians manage heart failure patients who also experience atrial fibrillation. Its capabilities include powerful 30 Joule therapy in 5.9-7.5 seconds (BOL-ERI), painless antitachycardia pacing (ATP) therapy to terminate three-out-of four episodes of fast VT, and enhanced PR Logic dual chamber detection. It also provides the exclusive heart failure management report, which shows 14-month trends of key heart failure patient monitoring categories like AT/AF burden, heart rate variability, patient activity and night heart rate.
