This feature in combination with the innovative drip preventing system contributes to a significant reduction of odors, carryover and reagent consumption. An acrylic glass cover and a vapor escape via filtered downward ventilation provide an effective purification of exhaust air. Loading and unloading of the specimens can be realized without opening the hood.
