Simplified products
True/Lok External Fixation components are designed to reduce the time involved with frame assembly and the complexity of intra-operative and post-operative frame adjustment. The fully modular, preassembled distractors and hinges eliminate the need to stock large amounts of individual sub-components. While traditional angular correction requires 33 separate components to construct one distractor and two hinges, True/Lok components are ready to use upon receipt. * Traditional distractors, using a simple threaded rod and nuts, require three adjustment steps to affect distraction. The True/Lok telescopic Linear Distractors can accomplish the same task with one simple turn.
The True/Lok External Fixation System is designed to eliminate any inherent instabilities in frame design either during the adjustment process or due to wearing over time. State-of-the-art Linear and Angular Distractors do not require any loosening during adjustment, and the zero tolerance thread design results in a system that is as stable during adjustment as it
is any other time.
The aluminum Half-Rings are designed with an interface mechanism that will increase the stability of the two half-rings at their connection point. |  |
