SIGMA RP inserts are founded on the clinically proven design principles of the LCS mobile-bearing knee, providing patients with greater rotational freedom and conformity without constraint.
Mobile-Bearing Tibial trays are available in two styles, both with a central rotating cone design.
The sweptback "keel" design provides rotational stability and facilitates placement of the implant into the prepared proximal tibial plateau.
The "peripheral rib" stem design is identical to the time-tested LCS tray.
Both styles are anatomically designed to maximally cap the proximal tibial plateau.
P.F.C. SIGMA RP Curved tibial insert articulates with P.F.C. SIGMA cruciate-retaining femoral component
Optimizes balance between anterior/posterior stability and rollback
Minimizes peak stresses- fully conforming during gait

A deeply radiused trochlear groove and matching single-radius dome patella maintain contact in deep flexion, even if malaligned.
