| The VersaStep™ 5 mm and VersaStep™ PLUS Reposable system components for creating each access port are supplied in separate packages. • The radial expandable sleeve is packaged sterile together with either a 5 mm or 5 mm PLUS valve. • Insufflation and access needle is packaged non-sterile; • 5 mm, 7/8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm dilator’s are packaged non-sterile; • 5 mm, 7/8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm replacement cannula barrels are packaged non-sterile 1 per package. NOTE: A disposable needle may be used in place of reusable depending on user preference. The above items are supplied non-sterile with exception to the radial expandable sleeve and valve, which are packaged sterile for single use only. All non-sterile components must be properly sterilized before use and before every subsequent use. | |
