| The Wako CRP-HS assay utilizes turbidimetric immunoassay methodology which is a highly specific procedure, measuring over the range of 0.2-28.0 mg/dL. This assay is homogeneous, ready-to-use, and can be adapted to most clinical chemistry analyzers. The Wako CRP-HS assay has excellent performance in terms of precision, linearity, correlation, and sensitivity. Expected values are up to 0.50 mg/dL for adults and up to 1.0 mg/dL for new born babies up to 3 days old. | |
