The ALLPORT LLS clip delivers preformed titanium clips. These preloaded, single-trigger instruments are designed to offer an efficient means of ligation through a 5mm trocar, through a 5mm reducer cap in a larger diameter trocar, or through an incision without the use of a trocar. The instruments have a two-stage firing sequence. The first stage of the firing sequence closes the jaws. The second stage advances the preformed clip completely over the structure to be ligated. No clip will advance until the instruments are completely fired, which allows the surgeon to reposition tissue. | |
