The PROXIMATE Reloadable Linear Staplers deliver two staggered rows of titanium staples in 30mm, 60mm, and 90mm sizes. They may be reloaded up to three times for a maximum of four firings. TLH models fire heavy wire staples for thick tissue. The TLV model fires vascular staples. Reloads are not interchangeable.

Controlled tissue compression allows surgeon to control approximation of tissue through parallel jaw closure and adjustable height for proper tissue management.
