This automatic instrument is preloaded with 20 clips that individually advance after each firing by means of the unique Klieman feed mechanism. The LIGACLIP 20/20 Multiple Clip Applier is reloadable once with a reload containing 20 additional clips for use during a single surgical procedure. The instrument and clips are designed to offer a rapid, efficient means of ligation. The clips are applied by positioning the clip around the tissue structure and applying pressure to the handles. | |
