While Townsend Design is better known for its lower extremity bracing solutions, in recent years an increasing number of patients have benefitted from our custom and post-operative elbow stabilization braces.
Townsend’s ROM Series post-operative elbow braces come in single hinge and dual hinge designs. You can choose the model, hinge, and length options that are most appropriate for your patient’s size and clinical needs. A ROM order form can be requested or downloaded from Townsend Design’s website.
For patients who don't require the range of motion settings provided by the Multi-Adjustment Hinge, or who need a lower profile brace design, the ROM elbow brace with Low Profile Hinges is the perfect option. Extension stops can be set at 0, 15, 30 and 45 degrees. Flexion stops can be set at 90, 110 and 120 degrees.
Low Profile Hinge features flexion stops that can be set at 90, 110 and 120 degrees, and extension stops that can be set at 0, 15, 30 and 45 degrees. The screw stops can be adjusted using a small flat head screwdriver.
Adjustable and versatile, ROM braces are an easy and time-efficient choice for health care professionals. The braces are extremely patient-friendly, too.
ROM braces feature quick dial combination hinges that allow you to restrict extension and flexion in 10 degree increments. The hinges also feature a patient-friendly drop lock mechanism for fixating the brace at full extension.
