| The BioCheck Prolactin ELISA is intended for the quantitative determination of prolactin in human serum. This assay is useful in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the anterior pituitary and hypothalamus. The BioCheck Prolactin Quantitative Test is based on the principle of a solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The assay system utilized sheep anti-prolactin for solid phase (microtiter wells) immobilization and mouse monoclonal anti-prolactin in the antibody-enzyme (horseradish peroxidase) conjugate solution. | |
