Product Description
Designed for the scientist who wants a fully automated, computer-controlled advanced microscope system, the TE2000E2 is a high precision Z-focus automated microscope featuring a unique “Stratum Structure”. This makes it possible to expand the infinity space to install multiple illumination sources and image outputs. A five-way automated light path with five imaging ports caters to advanced research that requires image capture in 3D, including confocal microscopy and deconvolution processing.

As with all TE2000 microscopes, the TE2000E2 can utilize either motorized or manual accessories, enabling external control of the microscope from a remote pad or a connected PC, making it easy to integrate image analysis using commercially available image-processing software. New enhancements include resistance to vibration and temperature fluctuations, and fully motorized components, including: focus, light path changer, fluorescence filter cube changer, fluorescence shutter, nosepiece, condenser, DIC Analyzer, and filter wheels. Boasting a new Remote Satellite Fine Focus and Nano-Position Linear Encoded z-axis drive system, the TE2000E2 provides greater precision, improves fine focus, and allows the user to easily bring the microscope back to the same plane of focus. An innovative Motorized Course Focus, operating at high speed, allows the researcher to change objectives with precise drop, rotate, and return functions quickly and without damage to the specimen. New Phosphorescent Filter Cube labels and Control Pad indicators emphasize the remarkable flexibility and ease of use of the TE2000E2 by permitting researchers to use the microscope anywhere.

Nikon’s TE2000E2 also incorporates Nikon’s CFI60 optical system, offering research professionals the brightest, highest contrast, aberration-free microscope imaging at both the highest and lowest magnifications, with notably longer working distances and higher numerical apertures.
