FeaturesThe HeartCard recorder records and stores 30 seconds of the ECG in solid-state memory and can store up to three such events before it is necessary to transmit the information. The patient can send the stored ECG by telephone, from anywhere in the world, directly to the Instromedix LifeSigns Receiving Center or LRC2000 located in the hospital or physician's office. The rhythm strip can be printed out through any standard ECG machine using the Instromedix 12-lead coupler. The HeartCard 3X recorder features an Accelerated Transmission Protocol option which speeds the ECG transmission to three times the normal rate when used with the LRC2000.
