| A system used to detect and quantitate contaminants, such as residual host cell DNA, host cell protein, bovine contaminants (e.g., BSA, IgG, insulin, transferrin), Proteins A and G, and any unique protein that can be bound by antibodies as well as sequence-specific DNA and plasmid copy number. The system reduces the time required to develop, validate, and perform ultra-sensitive assays with maximum speed, sensitivity, reproducibility, and reliability, and it provides tools for FDA 21 CFR compliance. System uses non-radioactive detection, and has a wide dynamic range, typically 2 logs or better. Contains four 8-channel filtration units, with the possibility of adding two auxiliary manifolds, for a total simultaneous filtration of 96 samples during a 90-second kinetic measurement. Choice of Total DNA Starter Kit or Imunoligand (ILA) Starter Kit included. Total DNA Assay Kit (R9009), DNA Assay bulk kit (R9004) and ILA Detection Kit (R9003) and ILA Labeling Kit (R9002) are sold separately. | |
