| The BioVacTM96 Vacuum Manifold system has been designed for use with Bioneer's 96-well format DNA/RNA extraction kits. The kit can handle 96 samples (Plasmid DNA, Genomic DNA, PCR Products) simultaneously for effective extraction and purification. While conventional kits use centrifugal force applied to a spin column, the BioVac™ 96 Vacuum Manifold uses vacuum pressure to filter samples through a special 96-well plate, to extract 96 samples of DNA/RNA simultaneously. The BioVac™ 96 Vacuum Manifold should be connected to a vacuum pump that is equipped with a gauge, to create a steady vacuum and obtain uniform results. The BioVac™ 96 Vaccum Manifold includes manuals for use with each type of kit. | |
