| A soft, heat-resistant, aluminum foil film designed for the sealing of PCR plates. AlumaSeal II™ minimizes evaportaion and vapor loss during thermal cycling and eliminates the need for heat-sealing devices or mats. Its proprietary adhesive can withstand harsh chemicals, sovents and reagents. Compared to other aluminum foils, AlumaSeal II™ has less tendency to roll back on itself when removing the backing paper, and conformas nicely to the plate during application. The films are perceable with single or multichannel pipettors and robotic metal probes for direct sample recovery without the risk of aerosols and cross-contamination. Recommended for temperatures from -70³C to +110³C. Certified DNase/RNase Free. | |
