| Exicycler™ Real Time Thermal Block and its operation software are optimized for applications such as quantification of gene expression, genotyping, counting bacterial/viral loads, melt-curve analysis, and validation of microarray results. Exicycler™ is capable of measuring mutual interactions between two molecules, such as protein-protein and protein-ligand, using fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET). The sensitivity, accuracy, and system integration-ready design of Exicycler™ makes it ideal for high-throughput analysis.
