The Brasseler USA™ Micro Drill is ideal for small bone cutting, drilling, sculpting and intramedullary canal reaming.
Accepts standard 2.35mm diameter shank burs (3/32" nominal).
A simple twist of the chuck mechanism loads and locks the bur in place.
The Micro Drill accepts a wide range of twist drills, diamond, carbide and stainless steel burs, in medium, long and extra long lengths. Long and extra long bur guards allow 70mm and 95mm burs to be used.
Micro Sagittal Saw:
The Brasseler USA™ Micro Sagittal Saw has the power and precision needed for cutting precise wedge and transverse osteotomies.
The 360° rotation of the head of the Sagittal Saw is another unique feature to facilitate cutting at any angle.
A twist of the blade locking screw with the special screwdriver loads and locks a wide variety of Brasseler USA’s™ straight and angled sawblades.
Thickness of .010"(.25mm) and .015"(.38mm) sawblades can be utilized. These thin saw blades allow narrow osteotomies to be performed easily.
Micro Oscillating Saw:
The Brasseler USA™ Micro Oscillating Saw is ideal for cutting accurate curved and straight osteotomies.
An extended model is available which was designed for use in oral/maxillofacial procedures requiring additional reach.
A simple twist of the saw’s collar, loads and locks a wide selection of Brasseler USA’s™ straight, angled, and crescentic sawblades. No special tool is required.
Thickness of .010"(.25mm) and .015"(.38mm) sawblades can be utilized.
Micro Reciprocating Saw:
The Brasseler USA™ Micro Reciprocating Saw is outstanding for short or long osteotomies necessary in neuro, foot and oral surgery.
The unique chuck loads and locks the sawblades with a twist of the special wrench.
The Micro Reciprocating Saw accepts flat sawblades from .015"(.38mm) to .020"(0.50mm) thick, as well as rasps and rounded shanked sawblades with standard shank diameters of .124"(3.15mm) to .125"(3.18mm).
The Micro Reciprocating Saw’s versatility provides the capability to perform precise cutting shaping, reaming and intramedullary canal preparation required in small bone surgical procedures.
The extended model is intended to give greater reach in oral and neuro surgical procedures.
Micro Wire Driver:
The Brasseler USA™ Micro Wire Driver is ideal for precise wire placement in small bone surgeries.
The Micro Wire Driver automatically grips the wire when the throttle is activated. The wire is automatically released when the throttle is de-activated.
Light weight and ergonomically designed. The Brasseler USA™ Micro Wire Driver provides superior tactile feel when placing K-Wires.
Provides the precision and visibility required for hand, foot and oral/maxillofacial surgery.

The Brasseler USA™ MicroLine™ Small Bone Power System combines precision with ease of operation while performing under the most exacting conditions. The pneumatic motor powered system developed for small bone osteotomies and oral/maxillofacial procedures includes a Drill, Sagittal Saw (Extended Length Available), Oscillating Saw (Extended Length Available), Reciprocating Saw (Extended Length Available) and a Wire Driver.
The ergonomically designed, balanced, compact handpieces allow easier access and great visibility to the smallest surgical sites. For oral/maxillofacial procedures the saws are available in extended length versions. The innovative design of the fully rotating swivel/hose connector is available to fit Brasseler USA™ MicroLine™/ Micro-Aire®, Linvatec® Hall®, 3M® or Stryker® style hoses.
