| The BTA stat Test is an in vitro immunoassay intended for the qualititive ("yes” or "no”) detection of bladder tumor associated antigen. It is indicated for use as an aid in the management of bladder cancer in conjunction with cystoscopy or when prescribed for in home use.
BTA stat Test® was cleared by the FDA for prescription home use in February 1999. The BTA stat Test detects a substance produced by bladder tumors, if present in a urine sample. | |
