The Datex-Ohmeda S/5 Light Monitor is a compact, portable patient monitor for use in anesthesia and critical care areas, in emergency or medium-care units and during intra- or inter-hospital transport. As part of the Datex-Ohmeda S/5 family, the S/5 Light Monitor features the same intuitive user interface and design shared by all S/5 monitoring products and can be integrated into the Datex-Ohmeda Network for central monitoring. The S/5 Light Monitor also provides for data continuity between care sites with the optional Data Card.

The optimal 9" EL screen with clear layout of information and large numbers, the S/5 Light Monitor offers visibility and definition unrivalled by any portable monitor. The ergonomic handle with hooks allows quick and easy attachment to be any bed or wall rail. Robust frame supports use in difficult conditions.

The S/5 Light Monitor combines the following parameters and functions in a truly compact package: ECG, Respiration, SpO₂, NIBP, Temperature, 2 x Invasive Blood Pressure (optional), Fi/EtCO2 (optional), Recorder (optional), two hour Battery Module (optional) and External Battery Charger (optional).
