The RDG Nerve Stimulator is an inexpensive, practical and easy to use stimulator, designed to facilitate the location of nerves when performing neurolitic blocks for regional anaesthesia or pain relief. A liquid crystal display indicates the value of the constant current output and incorporates a low battery warning.
The large removable knob and all needle leads can be autoclaved to enable full sterile operation.
When manipulating the needle a tone is heard with every pulse. The tone ceases should the needle or reference electrode become disconnected.
