| Pefakit® APC-R FVL is a new functional test which exhibits 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity for Activated Protein C Resistance caused by the Factor V Leiden mutation (FV:Q506). In contrast to other commercially available methods, Pefakit® APC-R FVL shows no interference from protein C or S, Lupus Anticoagulants, Elevated FVIII levels, Heparins or Prothrombin G20210A. Everything you need is included in a simple, easy-to-use kit which is adaptable to any instrument capable of detecting a fibrin clot. Unprecedented sensitivity and convenient packaging allows for minimal waste and maximum cost-effectiveness in your lab.
