- Using the Safety Lancet reduces the risk of needlestick injury and cross-infection as the needlepoint is concealed before use and retracts automatically after use.
- The high-speed puncture penetrates to a controlled depth to minimize pain.
- Depending on the required blood volume and skin type, a variety of different puncturing depths and widths enable optimal blood flow. The different options are colour-coded for easy identification.
- The sterile systems supplied without additional paper/plastic wrapping are for single use only, leaving the device ready for safe disposal into a sharps container (e.g. Multi Safe disposal box).
- Apart from 4 standard versions, our range also includes a special Safety Lancet for the safe puncturing of infants' heels.
