Impact and Impact2 pipettors allow convenient on-the-fly speed control. Aspiration and dispense speeds may be individually selected from three (Impact) or five (Impact2) different settings. Our multichannel pipettors come with a power supply adapter and one set of NiCad batteries rated for 1200 cycles before recharging†. (16-channel pipettors are provided with lithium ion batteries—see Accessories for details.) You have the option of continuing to use the pipettor while it’s recharging—just plug it into the power supply and continue operation. The battery compartment is on the underside of the control panel for convenient replacement. |
