Separation Guidelines:
Range of separation in 1X TAE:

Applications:
*Highly resolved separation of DNA or RNA fragments less than or equal to 500 bp.
*PCR analysis.
Note:
Before use, chill gels at 4°C for 20 hours to achieve best resolution.
