Product Description
The SEA 2000 apparatus and ready-to-use gels are the key components of Elchrom's system for analysis of nucleic acids by submerged gel electrophoresis. We provide other components to complete this system, offering full compatibility and optimal performance, at a reasonable cost.

Besides the SEA 2000 and a unique staining tray, the system includes a power supply, a constant-temperature circulating water bath with a temperature probe, a pump start delay controller, a UV transilluminator, and a direct screen camera with two hoods and two sets of filters.

The digital Power Supply 200/1000 can provide 200 volts and 1000 milliamps, in one V and one mA increments. The power supply is programmable, allowing an automatic stop after a pre-set time. An optional delay switch is connected to the power supply. It controls the pump of the SEA 2000 unit, delaying the start automatically for a few minutes after the beginning of electrophoresis.
