| VerdaSee Mobile Location-ID™ offers a for asset tracking electronically. Using this economical solution, RFID tags are attached to all the assets that will be tracked. A service cart, or other portable device, is equipped with a reader, antenna, and a portable PC. The reader and antenna can be as small as 10 inches x 6 inches. One person can wheel this cart around the facility, usually as part of normal daily tasks. As this person enters a target area, a unique code is entered into the PC identifying the area, or room. As the cart moves down the hall there is no need to go into the room, look for the asset, look for the identification number, or record the number. The tags on the assets in the area will be recorded in the PC using VerdaSee Navigator™ software. Once completed, the information on the PC can be uploaded to the system to individuals requiring the information. | |
