| wCareAssist™ provides care management tools that support the nursing process. The caregiver inputs data such as vital signs and I&O information at the point of collection via easy to use on-line flow sheets. This design supports compliance with documentation requirements.
At the bedside, in the hall, or at the nursing station, wCareAssist™ is right there working for the caregiver, allowing them to document and chart as they go on a handheld device, tablet or laptop. All information is available in real time. There is no reason for a nurse to interrupt the patient care process. At the end of a shift, the caregiver is now able to provide an accurate, concise electronic patient report. | |
