The first transconjunctival self-retaining infusion cannulas for use in any gauge surgery. Sutureless infusion may provide some benefit to patients that present with preoperative dry eye syndrome as well as lessening the occurrence of suture induced astigmatism. The disposable Tornambe cannula is sharp tipped and does not require a blade for insertion. The reusable Tornambe cannula is blunt tipped andrequires a blade for insertion.
