| The Borrelia DotBlot G Tests are qualitative enzyme immunoassays (EIA) for the presumptive detection of Borrelia burgdorferi antibodies (IgG or IgM, respectively) in serum. Equivocal or positive results from these tests should be supplemented with a standardized western blot procedure. These supplemental results can be used to support a clinical diagnosis of B. burgdorferi infection (Lyme disease). | |
