| This two-sided contemporary reading card was designed by James Lebensohn, MD, and provides a full range of near vision exercises including words, numbers and OX symbols. Optotypes include 20/80, 20/400, 20/260, 20/200, 20/100, 20/65, 20/50, 20/40, 20/30, 20/25, and 20/20. Notation equivalents include decimal readings in English and metric, Jaeger, point size, and visual efficiency percentages. Red/green bars employed on 5 pt to 12 pt optotypes. Card size is 5.5" x 8.5" (14 cm x 22 cm).
