The ESR STAT™ PLUS is an automated instrument that provides users with 3 sed rate results in 4 minutes, using a 25 microliter sample of EDTA blood. The EZ-Safe™ analysis tube (self sealing mylar tube) provides maximum safety and convenience. Using the EZ-Safe tube, a 25 microliter sample of whole blood is taken from an EDTA blood collection tube. Within 4 minutes, results along with patient ID are presented on-screen without the need for measuring or calculating results.
