| The novel wire interwoven nitinol (W.I.N.) design of SUPERA™ will offer patients and physicians unmatched radial force coupled with unsurpassed flexibility compared to traditional laser cut nitinol tube stents. SUPERA™ has been tested in engineering bench compression studies to demonstrate 360% greater radial force than the next strongest nitinol stent available for use today. SUPERA™ has also been tested through 10,000,000 cycles of 120 degree flexion/bending engineering bench tests and 180 degree torsion engineering bench tests to demonstrate exceptional durability. The results of both engineering studies revealed unsurpassed flexibility for SUPERA™ and 27 times greater durability than the leading laser cut nitinol tube stents which fractured at only 365,000 cycles.
