| The Ablation Frontiers Catheter Ablation System is a unique set of catheters and a novel radiofrequency (RF) generator designed to improve safety & effectiveness, reduce procedure time, and remove complexity.
The GENius™ Multi-Channel RF Generator represents an intuitive re-invention of RF energy. Operators can create contiguous lesions with a single RF application by simultaneously delivering RF to any or all catheter electrodes. For control of lesion depth, users can select ratios of bipolar-to-unipolar RF energy on the generator interface. This highly-efficient design allows electrophysiologists to create tailored lesions in 60 seconds with no more than 10W per electrode.
The intelligent design of the Ablation Frontiers system allows operators to easily deliver RF without relying on the challenging "point-to-point” technique available with a tip catheter. Our three-dimensional, anatomically-designed catheters enable mapping and simultaneous ablation over a wide area, eliminating the need for robotic steering or 3D navigation. The geometry of each catheter is configured to deliver lesion sets for the most established anatomical targets. The catheters include:
