| This control is formulated for use with in vitro diagnostic test methods that detect HPV DNA in human cervical samples. ACCURUN 370 Series 500 is manufactured from cultured human epithelial cells (SiHa) and other non-infected cells from tissue culture. SiHa cells containing an integrated genome of Human Papilloma Virus subtype 16 are mixed with non-infected cells and preserved in solution. For in vitro diagnostic use. As part of a series, this control is formulated at a specific concentration or may be used on a specific platform.
