| This control is formulated for use with test methods that detect two alleleic mutations for the CYP2C9 gene, CYP2C9*2 and CYP2C9*3, and six mutations for the VKORC1 gene, -1639G>A, 5808T>G, 6484C>T, 6853G>C, 7566C>T, and 9041A>G. ACCURUN 601 contains two sets of purified genomic DNA at a concentration of 30 ng/µl, carrying a combination of these alleles. For research use only.
